The Higher Education Anti-Racist Teaching (H.E.A.R.T.) Podcast focuses on learning about pedagogies that support student learning at colleges and universities, specifically toward the hard work of the heart work of teaching.

In this series of podcasts, we explore teaching in higher education that works to support liberatory learning, what it entails, what challenges educators face, and advice from our guests. 

The podcast is hosted by Dr. Milagros Castillo-Montoya as part of the Equitable Teaching Lab. At times, the podcast is co-hosted with guests, which bring valuable perspectives to the conversation. We also want to recognize the initial contributions of Omar Romandia who joined the early journey of establishing this podcast.
